Ennijo Subprocessors and Service Providers
Ennijo is a product of 29in5 LLC.
When a brokerage, team, or other customer uses Ennijo, that customer generally determines why and how its clients' and contacts' Personal Data is used. In that context, the customer generally acts as the Controller or Business, and 29in5 LLC, through Ennijo, generally acts as the Processor, Service Provider, or Contractor on the customer's behalf.
29in5 LLC also uses third-party providers for billing, websites, training, forms, and related business operations. Depending on the service and information involved, a provider may act as a Subprocessor, service provider, processor, or independent controller.
The providers below are listed for transparency.
Core Ennijo Providers

Billing Provider

Stripe may independently determine certain purposes and means of Processing as described in Stripe's own privacy practices and contractual terms.
Website, Academy, and Lead-Capture Providers
These providers support 29in5 LLC and Ennijo-operated websites, training, registration, and lead-capture workflows.
They do not receive CRM Contact Data maintained inside the Ennijo application merely because they provide these services, except where information collected through a form is subsequently submitted to Ennijo as an inbound lead.

Google Workspace Clarification
Where a Customer enables Ennijo's Google Workspace integration, access may be authorized by the Customer's Google Workspace administrator through domain-wide delegation.
Ennijo's Gmail activity-logging workflow currently accesses only:
- Recipient information
- Email subject
- Date sent
The Gmail activity-logging workflow does not access or store the body of the email.
Where an email is matched to a CRM Contact, Ennijo may store an activity record associated with that contact, including the email subject.
Subject lines may themselves contain Personal Data.
A Customer's Google Workspace administrator may remove or modify authorization through Google Workspace administrative controls.
Ennijo's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. See Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Providers
Ennijo will provide at least 30 days' notice before engaging a new material Subprocessor or replacing an existing material Subprocessor where notice is required by Ennijo's Data Processing Addendum or Applicable Data Protection Law.
Notice may be provided by:
- Email to the account's designated administrator
- An in-product notice
- Updating this page together with appropriate Customer notice
Customers may object within the applicable notice period on reasonable and documented data protection grounds as described in the Ennijo Data Processing Addendum.
Website Technical Resources
Certain Ennijo-related websites load technical resources, such as web fonts and code libraries, directly from third-party content delivery networks. When a browser requests a resource directly from one of those networks, the network may receive technical information such as the visitor's IP address.
These providers do not receive Account Data or CRM Contact Data and are not subprocessors of Customer Data. See Section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
Downstream Providers
The providers listed above may use their own affiliates, infrastructure providers, processors, and subprocessors.
Those relationships are governed by the applicable provider's contractual terms and data-protection arrangements.
Ennijo does not separately list every downstream provider used by each provider on this page.
Not Customer-Data Processors
The following may be used by 29in5 LLC but do not intentionally receive Customer Personal Data as part of ordinary Ennijo operation:
- GitHub, Inc. for source-code hosting. Customer Personal Data is not intentionally stored in Ennijo source-code repositories.
